We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for online orders. However, if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us promptly via email at info@camocutiecosmetics.com. Request for item replacement must be made within 7 days of delivery date shown on tracking information.
Email Subject Line: (ex. Wrong Item Received/ Order Number)
Please be so kind to include 2 clear photos of the unopened incorrect item, first and last name, shipping address and order number in the body of the email. After review and approval, we will provide you with a shipping label to return the item(s) to us, and the correct item will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days.
After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us.
Damaged, Lost, & Stolen Products
Camo Cutie Cosmetics is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier or your local post office.
